Services for organisations

Services for organisations include clinical supervision, traumatic incident management, organisation psychology and behavioural safety in the workplace.  Understanding ‘the pulse’ of your organisation will ensure we can identify workplace issues, training and support to ensure staff safety, well being and performance.

Clinical supervision

Supervision is an important component of clinical work to ensure reflective and safe practice among staff and employees.   Clinical supervision is available for a range of professionals including, psychologists, RTLB’s, principals, teachers, social workers and counsellors.

Traumatic incident management

Serious incidents in the workplace can have a profound effect on staff. We can provide you with training to work alongside your team if such incidents occur to ensure the safety and well being of your staff.  We can also be onsite to provide additional support if needed at the time of an incident.

Organisation psychology

The culture of a workplace is important for staff morale and the quality and quantity of the work output.  We can support your team to become a more positive and supportive workplace through professional development workshops.

Behavioural safety in the workplace

We will support your organisation with identifying workplace factors that drive or trigger unsafe behaviours and provide a root cause analysis.

Confidentiality and Professional Standards

Our psychologists are registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and have ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.

The hourly rate of Lifepsychol psychologists for organizational work is from $140. This can vary depending on travel time, the urgency of the work required, and hours of work needed. This will be discussed at our first meeting and the contracted amount of hours will be agreed on before any work commences.

We understand the need for flexibility and can work with your staff outside of typical office hours if needed.

Absolutely. We have worked successfully with many agencies including Child, Youth and Family services, Ministry of Education, Open Home Foundation, Explore, and Community Living Trust. We undertake assessments including Youth Offending Assessments, Cognitive Assessments, Functional Behavioural Assessments and Adaptive Behaviour Assessments. We will also provide therapeutic intervention to the clients you refer.
